A. This 2 year limited warranty applies to repair or replacement of product found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from commercial, abusive, unreasonable use or supplemental damage. Defects that are the result of normal wear and tear will not be considered manufacturing defects under this warranty. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusions may apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This warranty applies only to original purchaser of this product form the original date of purchase.

B. At its option, we will repair or replace this product if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship. Defective product should be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with the store policy. Thereafter, while within the warranty period defective product may be returned to us.

1. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from any unauthorized attempts to repair or from any use not in accordance with the instruction manual.

2. If you have any questions or comments regarding this unit, please write to our Customer Service Department.

3. If a product does not operate as warranted during the applicable warranty period, please send to the dealer.

4. All shipping charges must be prepaid by you.

5. IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Your warranty depends on your following these instructions if you are returning the unit.

A. Carefully pack the item in its original carton or other suitable box to avoid damage in shipping.

B. Before packing your unit for return, be sure to enclose:

a. Your name, full address with zip/postal code and telephone number;

b. A dated sales recipt or PROOF OF PURCHASE;

c. Your $35.00 (USD) money order for return shipping and handling;

d. The model number of the unit and the problem you are having. – Enclose in an envelope and tape directly to the unit before the box is sealed.

e. Ship the package USPS insured airmail, all other modes of transport will be refused.

f. The customs form must indicate “DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNING FOR REPAIR”

6. This warranty does not cover the product if it is damaged by accident and/or improper use.

7. This warranty applies ONLY to repair or replacement of any supplied or manufactured parts of this product that, upon inspection by the agent, authorized personnel, is shown to have failed in normal use due to the defects in material or workmanship.

8. Operating this unit under conditions other than those recommended or at voltages other than the voltage indicated on the unit, or attempting to service or modify the unit, will render this WARRANTY VOID.

9. There is no warranty card, you purchase receipt (electronic or printed) as your proof of purchase. Please retain for warranty purposes.

10. Returns within 1 year of purchase, replacement at our discretion

11. Returns within 2 years at purchase, replacement at a charge of $29.00 plus $12 shipping and handling fee at our discretion.
